listing team leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Listing Team Leader to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As a listing Team leader, you will be responsible for leading the listing team.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property listing specialists.

·        Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals.

·        Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

·        Analyze team and individual performance metrics regularly.

·        Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

·        Develop and implement effective property listing strategies to maximize market exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants.

·        Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.

·        Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property listing process.

·        Oversee the creation and optimization of property listings, including compelling property descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.

·        Implement best practices for maximizing the visibility of listings on various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on property listing.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
