🔍 Ideal experience:

• End-to-end Product Design skills
• Background in a top-tier digital bank (e.g. Revolut, Wio, Monzo, N26)
• Experience as a Founding Designer — owning design strategy, structure, and processes
• Willingness to commute to or relocate to Abu Dhabi
