Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive innovation and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, programming, and cloud technologies, along with experience in applying ML techniques to real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and other AI applications.
• Preprocess and clean data, ensuring high-quality datasets for model training and validation.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models using industry-standard metrics and techniques.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud services or on-premise infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve ML models in production to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements to existing solutions.
• Document models, experiments, and best practices for reproducibility and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Understanding of data engineering and pipeline development.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing techniques.
• Experience with model explainability and interpretability techniques.
