Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Model Tuning & Prompt Engineer to push the boundaries of LLM fine-tuning, high-velocity prompting, and AI performance optimization. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance AI-driven workflows, improve response accuracy, and build scalable AI solutions for financial services.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in rapid experimentation, understands how to optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks, and can iterate fast to improve outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Tune, optimize, and fine-tune LLMs to improve accuracy, relevance, and efficiency in debt resolution workflows.
• Develop and refine high-velocity prompts to optimize model responses for various financial scenarios.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to train models, analyze outputs, and iterate quickly.
• Experiment with parameter tuning, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and token efficiency.
• Implement guardrails and prompt engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI-driven automation.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI models, NLP techniques, and fine-tuning frameworks.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in LLM tuning, prompt engineering, or AI model optimization.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Meta Llama, and other foundation models.
• Ability to rapidly iterate on prompts and hyperparameter tuning to improve model outputs.
• Experience with Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, or other LLM frameworks.
• Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embeddings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an experimental mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in AI for fintech, debt collection, or regulatory compliance.
