Role Overview:

Plenum Technologies is seeking an ERP Tech Consultant & Project Manager with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves a blend of managing ERP

implementation partners and leading an in-house team for future ERP delivery. The ideal

candidate will oversee ERP governance, project delivery, and pre-sales engagements while

ensuring smooth end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Project Delivery

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within
  
  

scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee project governance, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Business Central
  
  

standards and best practices.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external ERP partners for smooth execution
• Track project KPIs, monitor risk factors, and manage escalations as needed
• Ensure successful data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live processes
• Define and track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  
  

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Lead and successfully execute pre-sales engagements, including business demos,
  
  

PoCs, and client workshops.

• Align business demo requirements with client needs, ensuring effective solution
  
  

positioning.

• Support sales and business development teams in preparing RFP responses, proposals,
  
  

and technical documentation.

• Provide strategic recommendations on ERP implementation approaches based on client
  
  

requirements and industry best practices.

ERP Governance & Partner Management

• Develop and implement internal governance frameworks for ERP deployments
• Manage relationships with ERP partners while also leading in-house ERP initiatives
• Ensure vendors adhere to SLAs, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Assist in building and training an internal ERP delivery team to reduce dependency on
  
  

external vendors.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• Strong knowledge of Business Central modules, workflows, data migration, and system
  
  

configurations.

• Experience in both managing ERP partners and leading in-house ERP teams
• Proven ability to lead and execute pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and
  
  

business alignment.

• Expertise in ERP project governance, SLA management, and vendor performance
  
  

tracking.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with AL programming, Power Automate, APIs, and system integrations
  
  

(preferred).

• Experience in Finance & Operations and broader Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (plus)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (preferred)
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus
• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or Microsoft partner environment
