JOB PURPOSE

• Oversee and manage large projects for Noatum Ports (global scope) from deal signing until country specific project team is mobilized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage port projects from deal signing until the local project team is mobilized.
• Optimize value through strategic decision-making during project mobilization.
• Manage consultants and contractors to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure seamless communication across functions.
• Implement integrated project schedules and resource plans for smooth execution.
• Define work packages and procurement strategy in collaboration with the Asset Delivery team.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

✔ 7+ years of experience managing complex capital projects (greenfield & brownfield).

✔ Client-side experience in ports, terminals, or maritime infrastructure is a must.

✔ Proven track record in establishing port infrastructure & business ramp-up.

✔ Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.

✔ PMP, CAPM, CBA, or similar certifications are advantageous.

✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
