BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our forward-thinking IT team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our advanced network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Your expertise will drive the strategic planning and development of network solutions that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that our network systems meet the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise in networking to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements and support scalability
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of the network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure minimal downtime
Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services with other systems
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and technical staff
Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and best practices to continually improve the network infrastructure. Senior System Engineer Role: The Senior System Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. This role involves working with various technologies to support business operations and providing advanced technical support. Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, storage, and virtualization environments
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems to support business operations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, minimizing impact on business activities
Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems
Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines
Provide advanced technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users
Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to continually enhance system capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on complex network environments
Strong expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
Proven experience in managing and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
In-depth knowledge of network security practices and tools
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly desirable
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
