Front-End Web Developer

The Role

The UX/UI Front-End Web Designer will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring a seamless and visually stunning user experience. This individual will contribute to both the aesthetic and functional aspects of websites and applications while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing engaging, responsive web solutions across multiple browsers and devices.
• Working with WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Developing CSS/HTML/ /JavaScript code to build and enhance CMS templates.
• Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to improve user experience.
• Contributing innovative design concepts and UX/UI strategies through storyboarding/workshops.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborating with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Implementing industry best practices to drive high-performing websites.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to balance marketing goals, client needs, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in UX/UI research methods such as user testing and contextual inquiry.
• A qualification in a design or technical discipline or a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
