Golang Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience developing in Golang

• Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment

• Experience developing multi-threaded applications and comfortable with OOPs concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in some of the following technologies: C++, gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Postgres, SQL

• Experience with Azure Cloud is highly desired

• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD is highly desired

• Knowledgeable of software development best practices and the software development lifecycle

• Experience with agile development

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for several Golang Developers for a large satellite constellation development project. You should be very comfortable working in a Linux/Unix environment. You will be working with testers and architects to create the system model application, an engineering tool that runs on high performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. Any experience with C++ or gRPC or work in cloud environments is a large asset.
