About Us
mOVE (Meritrium OmniVentures) is a venture studio with a stealth-mode, high-potential platform at the intersection of AI and blockchain. We're building a disruptive Web3 system designed for scale, speed, and AI integration—from smart contract logic to intelligent decentralized agents. This is a rare opportunity to join the founding tech team of what could become a category-defining Web3 + AI infrastructure startup.
We’re recruiting for two distinct Web3 development roles. If you’re a coder passionate about decentralized tech—and not afraid to help shape core architecture—this is your chance.
Open Roles
1. Flow Blockchain Developer (Cadence)
- Build full-stack decentralized apps (dApps) using the Flow blockchain
- Develop smart contracts in Cadence, Flow’s resource-oriented language
- Create frontend apps in React, Next.js, or Vue.js
- Write backend logic in Node.js, Go, Rust or tools of your choice
- Integrate wallet functions, transactions, and NFTs via Flow Client Library (FCL)
- Work closely with AI, design, and blockchain contributors
2. Solidity-Based Full Stack Developer (EVM Chains)
- Develop smart contracts using Solidity, Vyper, or similar
- Build backend systems and scalable APIs in JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python, Rust, or any high-performing tech stack you’re experienced with
- Design frontend UIs using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or other modern tools
- Integrate using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or any relevant SDK
- Propose and incorporate emerging technologies or frameworks in your field to improve performance or flexibility
- Help design system architecture and tokenomics foundations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building and deploying Web3 or blockchain applications
- Strong technical skills with one or more smart contract platforms
- Ability to work across full-stack or propose best-in-class tooling in your specialization
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries, backend APIs, and modern frontend dev
- Passion for blockchain, decentralized computing, and AI-enhanced tools
- Strong preference for self-starters who can propose and lead technical decisions
Nice-to-Have
- Contributions to open-source Web3 or Flow/EVM projects
- Experience with decentralized storage (IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave)
- Understanding of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Prior experience using AI-powered dev tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
Compensation & Commitment
- Equity or token-based compensation (generous and vesting over 2–3 years)
- Part-time: 15–20 hours/week, with flexible hours
- No initial salary – this is a founder-track opportunity in a stealth startup
- High upside for candidates who contribute to long-term platform success
- Potential for core contributor, full-time, or leadership roles post-launch
