What You'll Do

  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and operational performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to define key business metrics and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support marketing and growth initiatives by analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
  • Craft compelling data stories that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling confident, data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling concepts and techniques, including designing data structures that support reporting, analytics, and business logic.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or automotive industry is a plus.
