• Past involvement in AI-powered education or HR systems, such as:

2. Competency mapping
3. Skills-to-job matching platforms

• Proven ability to align AI outputs with predefined skills frameworks (e.g., SkillsFuture, TSP attributes).

1. Backend/API Integration

• Proficient in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Skilled in data ingestion, bulk upload processing, and system interoperability.
• Familiar with system-to-system communication protocols, especially within educational institutions or government IT ecosystems.

1. OpenCerts/Blockchain Credentialing

• Familiarity with OpenCerts JSON schema and blockchain-based document signing/verification.
• Ability to generate and format data for OpenCerts compatibility.

1. Agile Delivery

• Comfortable working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Must collaborate with Product Owner, UX/UI, and data teams in sprints.

Nice-to-Have (Good to Have) Skills

• Experience deploying in Government Commercial Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of Singapore’s PDPA and IT compliance standards.
• Knowledge of career recommendation engines or adaptive learning systems.
