Agile Coach

Agile Coach required to join a leading global brand in Singapore, offering and excellent salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead squads and stakeholders in adopting agile methodologies, driving mindset and behaviour change while promoting best practices.
• Identify and address organizational impediments to productivity, proposing actionable improvements backed by real data.
• Foster continuous improvement by setting agile maturity goals, implementing strategic plans, and mentoring squads.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to enhance project health, quality, and value delivery.
• Assess systems and processes, strategize for agile adoption, and ensure timely execution of agile events.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, monitor participation, and drive lasting agility improvements.
• Implement agile performance metrics and help squads take necessary refinement actions.
• Support effective usage of tools like Jira and Confluence to maintain data integrity and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years managing agile software projects.
• Financial industry experience is essential.
• 5+ years of agile coaching, including leading large-scale agile transformations.
• 3+ years of people management with strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in driving transformation initiatives and crafting effective solutions.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins).
• Advanced agile certifications, including scaling agile frameworks.

Visa will be settled and paid for IF outside of Singapore - Open to candidates across the world who are willing to relocate to Singapore.
