Business Development Executive

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the crypto exchange market, excellent networking skills, and a passion for blockchain technology.

In This Role, You Will

• Conduct research and analysis on the current state of the cryptocurrency market, emerging trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities and risks to inform our strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement profitable trading strategies for our crypto asset portfolios, utilizing your expertise in technical and fundamental analysis, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Utilize advanced technical analysis, quantitative models, and market intelligence to identify profitable cryptocurrency trading opportunities.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to optimize the risk-return profile of crypto trading positions.
• Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, regulators, and the broader crypto community.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company's crypto business, helping to set long-term goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop robust execution plans.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties are required.
  
  

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development role.
• Prior working experience in crypto exchange is a must.
• Fluency in English is required; Fluent in Mandarin will be a plus.
• Proficient in financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and risk management
• Strong knowledge on cryptocurrency protocols, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other emerging crypto-related applications is a plus.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency market and its potential to transform the financial landscape.
