Information Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from technology implementations to business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project deliverables.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO's processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
