Senior Manager, Project Management - MNC Conglomerate

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing SAP project implementations. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration amongst project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and client standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learnt and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple SAP project implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or SAP certification is a plus.
