Network Engineer (L2/L3)

Job Description:

Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience

Region to Support:

• Primary: APAC
• Secondary: US & EU

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 2 & 3 incidents related to Network, SD-WAN, and SASE.
• Provide technical support for SD-WAN solutions, including Versa, Fortinet, or Viptela.
• Manage and maintain Fortinet Firewalls and Fortinet SD-WAN deployments.
• Perform network diagnostics and root cause analysis for performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless network operations and security.
• Implement network changes, upgrades, and enhancements as per business needs.
• Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SD-WAN solutions (Versa, Fortinet, or Viptela) or Fortinet Firewall / Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and security management.
• Proficiency in routing and switching concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle critical incidents.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Mandatory: CCNA or JNCIA
• Preferred: CCNP or JNCIP
