Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented analyst to support financial analytics, reporting automation, and ETL workflows. This role will sit within the FP&A team to build dashboards, streamline financial reporting processes, and integrate new products/cost structures into our reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Collection & Processing – Aggregate, clean, and process financial and transactional data from PSP reports, internal databases, Google Sheets, and other sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Financial Analysis & Performance Insights – Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and financial performance to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the FP&A team.
• Dashboarding & Reporting Automation – Develop and maintain interactive financial dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight) to provide real-time visibility into key financial metrics.
• ETL & Data Integration for Finance – Design and manage ETL pipelines to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading for financial reporting, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Workflow & Reporting Process Automation – Automate recurring financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and cost tracking to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related majors with 1-2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight) for dashboarding.
• Experience in ETL processes and working with APIs, data warehouses, or cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services (Good to have).
• Exposure to finance or accounting concepts (Good to have).
