Security Analyst

A cutting-edge MSP is looking to hire a remote Security Analyst to join its existing cybersecurity team.

Your key duties will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams to investigate and resolve security incidents
• Configuring, deploying, and managing third-party security tools and software to enhance client security
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining bespoke security policies for clients that satisfy industry standards
• Maintaining proper documentation of security configurations, incidents, and policies
• Providing training and support to clients, including c-suite, senior management, and non-technical staff within their organizations

What you will bring to the role (essential unless stated):

• Three to five years’ experience in the cybersecurity sector and a thorough understanding of cyber threat detection, response, and mitigation strategies
• Experience configuring and trouble-shooting Office 365 security features (MFA, security policies, compliance settings)
• Experience using third-party security tools (e.g., Huntress and CyberHoot)
• Familiarity using Microsoft Lighthouse for managing security across different client environments
• Certifications (such as CompTIA+, Microsoft, CISSP, CEH) are preferred but not essential

• Location: fully remote
• Hours: full-time (Eastern Timezone)
