Full Stack Engineer

Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET & Java)

Job Description:

At WTECHIN, we are looking for experienced "Full Stack Software Engineers" to join our team in Doha/Qatar. We are seeking individuals who want to participate in large-scale software projects, develop innovative solutions, and work in an international environment. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields)
• At least 4 years of professional experience with .NET (C#, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core) or Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) technologies
• Experience in architectural design, development, and/or maintenance of large-scale software projects
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and project management principles
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and software architectures
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (administrator-level experience), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.), and multi-tenant project experience
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experience with Restful APIs, Entity Framework, WCF, or Web API
• Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with software development standards (design patterns, coding standards, security principles, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) and issue tracking tools
• Expertise in database design and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON
• Experience with MVC and ORM frameworks
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and test automation
• Familiarity with cross-platform application development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to relocate to Doha/Qatar
• Advanced or native-level English proficiency
• Experience working in Qatar or on international projects
• Ability to play an active role in corporate processes and support internal operations
• Proactive, analytical, team-oriented, and solution-focused
• Experience with Agile software development processes
• Knowledge of security and performance-driven software development principles
