Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead

Join our team as Senior / Lead QA Engineer!

We're looking for an experienced Senior / Lead QA Engineer interested in desktop and web applications, as well as native mobile applications (iOS and Android) testing. Experience in automated testing is a big plus!

Professional skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA Engineer experience
• Knowledge of agile software engineering design principles, QA testing tools, processes and best practices
• Experience with version control systems like GIT
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with project\test management tools like JIRA, Spira and others
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member

Responsibilities (may vary depending on level):

• Design new test cases, review and update existing
• Execute manual test cases, verify, analyze and report results
• Identify and report defects in the products
• Verify defects fixes, improvements and change requests
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to create a comprehensive set of tests (both manual and automated)
• Help establish relevant product quality metrics and put mechanisms in place to measure them for iterative improvement
• Test environment maintenance
• Be a mentor to junior engineers

We will appreciate:

• Experience with API, load, security and/or performance testing
• Experience in automation testing will be considered a huge advantage
• Knowledge of automated test writing and good practices of code
• ISTQB certification
• Experience managing, training and mentoring other QA team members
