• Designation: Software Sales Engineer
• Job Location:- Lusail, Qatar
• Salary:- 10,000 QAR
• Project Duration:- Permanent
• Industry:- IT Software
• Experience:- 5+ Years (Software sales experience in Qatar is mandatory)
• Education:- B.E in Electrical or Mechanical

Responsibilities:-

• Candidate shall be an Engineer with 3-5 years in technical sales of software products, preferably Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS/CAFM), expertise in B2B sales. Candidates with previous GCC experience and Qatar Driving license is a must.
• Able to understand the customer’s technical requirements and translate those requirements into a solution that the software can provide.
• Responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of the software to customers, including conducting software demos and proof-of-concept exercises.
• Able to respond to technical questions and concerns from customers, including questions related to software functionality and performance.
• Identify potential customers, create proposals, and develop pricing and licensing options in various sectors.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products. Should be an extrovert person, comfortable in social environments, with exceptional networking skills

Requirement:-

• Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets (Software industry).
• Solid understanding of database management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing project costs and preparing competitive bids.
• Effective networking skills and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
