Job Overview:

We are looking for a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to handle end-to-end project management for assigned accounts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must be based in Doha, Qatar and should be able to work on their own visa for the initial 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent role based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and IT best practices.
• Handle resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Drive project success by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Conduct post-project analysis and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Should be well versed on Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms.
• Expertise in Handling Client Objections, Escalations and meeting the expectations and ensure smooth timely delivery.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
