Job Summary

We are looking for Digital Delivery Officer who will be responsible for successful development and implementing digital banking services and channel migration. Strong Knowledge of Retail products & services. Should have a strong tester role background, can handle multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, multitask & work under pressure. Responsible for successful completion of UAT to ensure all content features are functional and seamless.

Key Accountabilities

• Good knowledge of Retail banking digital services and products
• Understand the digital product requirements & perform basic analysis.
• Liaise with other business units for process verification.
• work with internal stakeholders to understand detailed digital requirements and design the user experience.
• Responsible for designing test scenarios for usability testing.
• Create test-product documentation using Devops tool participate in testing related walk through.
• Responsible for conducting the testing, thereafter, analyze the results and then submit observations to the development team.
• Liaise with technical team and developers with the process related issues.
• Perform SIT / Iterative testing / UAT / regression testing for every digital release.
• Responsible in performing Postproduction Testing
• Relevant experience in customer-facing to help identify gaps and opportunities, strong problem-solving skills.
• Monitor digital services and products, enhancing service and brand offerings whenever possible, in order to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
• Data management and analytics, able to analyse digital data and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.
• Ability to create Business requirement document & to translate concepts into user flows and mock-ups.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology

• Banking Experience preferred
• Certification in any testing tool is preferred.
  
  

Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking,
