Airswift is seeking for Building Supervisor (Civil Work) work in Oman with Oil & Gas Company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure all work aligns with environmental and safety policies.
• Report project progress, issues, and solutions to the construction manager.
  
  

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in LNG, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
