We are looking for two Watson Developers to join our client's dynamic team! If you have 1-3 years of experience working with IBM Watson development and want to apply your skills to innovative AI-driven solutions, I would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Watson Services: Maintain, enhance, and fine-tune IBM Watson Assistant and Discovery services to improve performance and accuracy.
• Implement Conversational Flows: Design, develop, and refine conversational flows that meet design specifications for various business requirements.
• Manage Data Models: Create, update, and manage data models for intents, utterances, and entities in Watson Assistant to ensure seamless conversation handling.
• Content Ingestion & QA: Oversee content ingestion processes, ensuring data is relevant, accurate, and of high quality, while performing regular QA on conversational outputs.
• Localize Conversational Flows: Adapt and localize conversational flows for different geographies and languages as per project requirements.
• Agile Practices & Jira Management: Utilize SAFE Agile methodologies and effectively manage workflows, sprints, and tasks via Jira for optimal project execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IBM Watson Assistant/Discovery or related AI tools.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in optimizing and managing AI-driven services.
• Strong understanding of designing and implementing conversational flows.
• Familiarity with data model management for intents and utterances.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
