Step into the role of Junior Project Manager within our collaborative and globally diverse team, supporting our prestigious client, an international tobacco company. Your responsibilities will include coordinating IT projects and facilitating seamless communication with senior executives across different countries within our client's infrastructure. This role will involve active participation in Business Analysis activities, with a focus on enhancing IT project coordination and delivery efficiency. The position demands a commitment to working from the client's Kyiv office for at least 2 days per week. Responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects, working with project teams to define and design the scope for each project.
• Tracking progress, identifying risks, and presenting project status updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitating communication with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with contracts, vendor due diligence, and payment processes.
• Managing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and aligning expenses with project goals.
• Coordinating global and local initiatives across server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Managing incidents within server and network infrastructure, and the cloud environment.
• Gathering and analyzing business needs, and developing proposals for future IT systems and service enhancements to meet organizational needs.
• Monitoring SLA performance of internal and external service providers and addressing escalations as necessary.
• Overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Supporting business users with corporate systems (HR and Finance areas).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar positions.
• Hands-on experience in project management and knowledge of various methodologies to deliver successful projects.
• Effective communication skills to convey goals and expectations.
• Business analysis skills will be a big plus.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and regions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Good spoken English level.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of server and network infrastructure technologies, security best practices, and database architecture.
• Project management/Business Analysis certifications.
• Microsoft Azure fundamentals, Microsoft licenses provision.
• Knowledge of SAF-T standard.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management.
