You'll be part of a dynamic team developing a cutting-edge Analytical Platform for one of the largest resorts and casino companies in Southeast Asia. This mission-critical application is designed to empower client stakeholders with deep insights into customer behavior, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic business development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytical platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling
• In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of the data analytics platform
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Assist in defining data governance, compliance, and security policies
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate platform functionalities
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for business stakeholders
