Role Overview:

As the Product Manager you will join Noon’s dynamic team to work on and lead diverse projects within our Fulfillment/Supply chain charter. This role promises hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, shaping the future of quick commerce in middle east.

Roles & responsibilities

• Oversee workflows across put-away, inventory management, planogramming, packaging, picking, packing, and out warding to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse and dark store movement planning through robust transport management systems, enhancing speed and cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in supply chain solutions, balancing efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Gather and refine business requirements, aligning them with user needs, technical feasibility, and company objectives—developing clear product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to resolve challenges and maintain operational excellence.
• Continuously monitor, measure, and analyze launched products, integrating insights into future development for continuous improvement.
• Build solutions that prioritize user experience while driving operational efficiency.

• Experience with languages used for querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Strong preference for candidates with product management or startup experience in the supply chain and e-commerce space.
