Product Manager - Payments

PM- Payment and Platform

We are looking for a data-driven Payments and Platform Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our payments ecosystem and core platform services. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience while improving the scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

● Payments Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute a payments roadmap that enhances customer experience, reduces friction, and increases conversion rates.

● Payment Gateway & Vendor Management: Collaborate with multiple payment partners to ensure smooth integrations and high success rates.

● Platform Scalability: Lead initiatives to optimize and scale core platform services, including order processing, checkout flows, and backend payments infrastructure.

● Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to understand payment drop-offs, improve success rates, and enhance the overall user experience.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to align product vision and execution.

● Last-Mile Platform Enablement: Work with logistics and operations teams to build platforms which will help optimize delivery processes, reduce delays and cost efficiency Requirements

● Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, or e-commerce.

● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of payment gateways, UPI, credit/debit card processing, and other digital payment methods.

● Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, use SQL, and interpret insights to drive decisions.

● Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve payment-related challenges.

● Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.
