Product Designer

UI/UX Designer(Figma) | 2-3 Years Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to create intuitive, user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences using Figma and industry-best UI/UX practices.

Key Responsibilities:

⬛ Figma Expertise:

• Utilize Auto Layout,Components, Variants, and Prototyping to create scalable designs.
• Maintain and enhance design consistency across platforms.

⬛ Creative Design:

• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Ensure a balance between aesthetics and usability for a seamless user experience.

⬛ Design Systems:

• Develop and maintain consistent design systems to ensure scalability and coherence.
• Define UI patterns, typography, color schemes, and component libraries.

⬛ User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research,usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions.

⬛ Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Clearly present and communicate design ideas, rationale, and iterations.

⬛ UX Strategy:

• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance engagement and usability.
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements:

✔ 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design

✔ Strong proficiency in Figma (AutoLayout, Components, Variants,and Prototyping)

✔ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

✔ Experience in user research, wireframing, and usability testing

✔ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

+Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for better design-developer collaboration

+Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

+Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles

Location: Meril, IITM research park, Tharamani, Chennai.

Shift: General shift, Monday to Saturday(9.00 am to 5.30 pm).
