We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in supply-side and SaaS design to create and enhance these critical tools, focusing on improving workflows and empowering internal teams to achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Design for Supply Side Systems:

• Create user-friendly designs for tools that support supply chain management, inventory tracking, order processing, and operational monitoring.
• Develop dashboards and interfaces that present complex data intuitively to enable quick decision-making by internal teams.

1. Understand Internal Stakeholder Needs:

• Collaborate with supply chain managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights on pain points and requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through design.

1. Prototyping & Iterative Design:

• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize and test solutions for operational tools.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience.

1. User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research sessions with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate designs and improve functionality.

1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to align designs with technical and business requirements.
• Ensure seamless implementation of designs by providing detailed specifications and supporting developers during the build process.

1. Optimization of Existing Tools:

• Audit current internal tools to identify pain points and propose actionable design enhancements.
• Ensure that tools support scalability and align with the organization’s evolving operational needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

1. Experience:

• 2 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on supply-side systems, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.

1. Design Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of designing for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.

1. Supply & SaaS Expertise:

• Proven experience designing tools for supply chain systems or operational platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS design principles, multi-user workflows, and scalable system architectures.

1. User Research Expertise:

• Experience conducting research with internal users to gather actionable insights.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into intuitive design solutions.

1. Problem-Solving Mindset:

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and design workflows that streamline internal processes.
• A focus on creating designs that improve efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
