As UX designer you will be required to provide leadership in defining and hands-on developing visual user experiences across digital assets, working with project teams to evolve key elements of a digital proposition. This will include the following key responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

• Capture multi-disciplinary requirements and translate them into user experiences, prototypes, and final assets.
• Conduct user research using both quantitative (surveys, analytics) and qualitative (ethnographic studies, interviews) methods.
• Collaborate across teams to define technology objectives, assess solutions to meet business and operational goals.
• Lead UX design improvements, including ownership of internal applications and tool usability, based on user feedback.
• Build global UX capability, ensure consistency across applications, and develop a competency framework for ongoing skill development.

Position qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in HTML UI development, application frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, D3), CSS, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma, InDesign, Axure, Balsamiq).
• Proficient in user research, web analytics, A/B testing, behaviour studies, interaction design, usability testing, and responsive design.
• Strong background in information architecture, visual design, graphic design, accessibility, and web development.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering UX-focused projects with experience in UX/UI design or interaction design.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
