As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Familiarity with ATS, awareness of Success Factor will be an added advantage
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray searches, Boolean search techniques, etc
Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, or tools like Tableau, Power BI
Analyzing recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion, etc)
Using and optimizing postings on portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, Glassdoor
Experience with video interviewing platforms like HireVue,
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook recruiting, and using Canva or Hootsuite for branding
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
5–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, mapping & interviewing)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and employee referrals
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring strategies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership
Exposure to diversity and inclusion hiring
Experience
5–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, mapping & interviewing)
