Information Security Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proper planning, design and implementation of the security projects working with various stakeholder teams and vendor teams, considering various aspects that govern the implementation.
2. Close tracking and aligning the resources as per the project requirements to meet the set timelines of the project.
3. Governing and ensuring that all platform processes are working as expected for ensuring proper functioning of the deployed platforms.
4. Ensuring that the InfoSec processes, procedures, and controls are well formalized & documented, up-to-date, and properly executed.
5. Interface with stakeholders for any new requirements or for demonstrating existing controls in the deployed tools/solutions. Liaison with internal / external auditors and work with all the stakeholders to ensure timely closure of identified Audit observations.
6. Establish, monitor, and report on relevant performance metrics on a regular basis for the deployed solutions to showcase the ROI to the management team.

Skills and knowledge expectations:

1. Prior Knowledge of configuration and operation of security tools like SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) solutions, Skybox
2. Prior Knowledge of GRC tools like RSA Archer.
3. Experience with implementing new technologies within a SOC and leading automation and

optimization efforts for SOC tools
