  • Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with PMO methodology
  • Maintain continued focus on deployment process improvements
  • Regularly inspect project deliverables
  • Ensure team is driving toward project schedule, scope, and financial milestone expectations
  • Execute proactive project end date management through regular inspection, notification, and timely updates
  • Assist team members in accurate project forecasting including Estimates to Complete (ETC)
  • Coach resources on simple to complex schedules
  • Communicate any escalations and project concerns in a timely manner
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative measures to portray risk and issue financial impacts
  • Collaborate with other PMO leaders to help with resourcing gaps or needs
  • Utilize effective recruitment and interviewing techniques to manage to forecast staffing needs
  • Work directly with Sales, Strategic Program Management, & deployment resources to ensure successful execution of our engagements
  • Demonstrate WWT's values and culture in all actions and communications
  • Serve as a role model to peers and direct and indirect reports

  • Minimum 15 years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is required
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and deployment practices specific to IT technologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes
  • Able to create financial tracking tools, track project metrics, forecast future trends, and manage change
  • Excellent understanding of the contract process
  • Able to manage contract modifications and take the lead of negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost, and schedule
  • Excellent understanding of issue management and resolution, as well as risk mitigation
  • Excellent resource and team management and development
  • Practiced in conflict management and resolution
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
