EDUCATION ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- BE/BTech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent
- CCNA is a must CCNP is a plus CCIE ENTDC is preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role.
- Knowledge on Routing and switching Technologies like IGP OSPF EGP BGP STP RSTP VTP VSS vPC vDC MSTP LACP VLAN.
- Knowledge on Data Center Cloud and Virtualization industry ACI Nexus products.
- Experienced Knowledge on LAN SW Technologies like STP RSTP VTP VSS vPC vDC MSTP LACP VLAN VXLANEVPN DCNM OTV Fex Fabric path VXlan LISP.
- Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500 6800 4500 3850 Nexus 7K Nexus 5k Nexus 3K and Nexus9k standalone and ACI.
- Experience in installation configuration testing and troubleshooting and or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers executives and Cisco customers.
- Strong consulting client facing skills to include cross-functional influence external and internal consulting.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Good to have or value add to this role.
- Prior experience of conducting customer workshops High level and low level network design experience would be preferred.
- Experience with Virtualization OpenStack, VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper V, Red Hat KVM, Linux Containers etc.
- Routing Switching Ent Domain.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA SDWAN preferred.
- Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex DCNM Nexus Dashboard.
- Network automation skills preferred Python, Ansible, Go Lang, Splunk
