The Position - Software Developer

You would be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of key components within the company’s applications. This role will involve the design and implementation of new features, as well as the maintenance of existing code to ensure high-quality, reliable performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver functional and scalable solutions, ensuring customer needs are met while contributing to the ongoing growth of the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using .Net Core and React.js, design and implement new features and capabilities for existing applications in line with the development roadmap.
• Deliver high-quality code through thorough code reviews, testing of own and colleagues’ code, and automated testing.
• Ensure compatibility of newly implemented and maintained code across various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the QA team, Support Team, R&D Engineering team, and external suppliers.
• Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM meetings to contribute to project progress and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Proficient in React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Some experience with .Net Core development is required.
• AWS experience – Lambda even better!
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and teamwork.

Salary: up to £45,000
