An exciting AI-powered EdTech company, founded just over 2 years ago, is on a rapid growth trajectory. With over 1 million users and £4 million in total funding, this innovative startup is gearing up for Series A and is looking to expand its Engineering team. After an explosive year of growth, they are seeking two talented Founding Engineers to join their small but dynamic team of 7 (including 5 Engineers) to help scale the company further.

• What You'll Be Doing:
• Working directly with the Founders to shape the future of the product and engineering team.
• Owning end-to-end processes, from ideation through to delivery.
• Building and scaling the platform with a focus on user-driven product development.
• Contributing to and improving the engineering culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Who We're Looking For:
• Product-driven Engineers with a passion for solving problems through technology.
• Ideally, you have startup experience and are comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Strong experience with React and Typescript.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Location: London - 2-3 days per week onsite
• Salary: £90k - £120k
