Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to stay ahead.
• Product Vision and Strategy:
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the product’s development path.
• Stakeholder Alignment:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
• Agile Product Management:
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on strategic importance and customer value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and effective problem-solving.
• Guide teams through complex environments, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Delivery of Value:
• Ensure the product delivers value by aligning strategy with customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment, preferably in digital or technology projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, UX specialists, product owners, and developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable user stories and drive development activities.
• Proven capability to work successfully with senior client stakeholders and end-users, building credibility quickly.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter comfortable in both process-driven and ambiguous environments.
