Group Trucks Operations (GTO) oversees the entire production and manufacturing of Volvo, Renault, and Mack trucks, as well as engines and transmissions. We also coordinate the distribution of spare parts to Volvo Group customers worldwide and design, operate, and optimize logistics and supply chains for all brands.

What You Will Do

The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We seek someone with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives;
- Apply agile and traditional methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions;
- Ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved;
- Manage resources, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring delivery within the established parameters;
- Lead follow-up and alignment meetings with teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management using different methodologies;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of data and digitalization is a plus.
