Estamos em busca de um NOC Engineer III altamente qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica. O candidato ideal será responsável por monitorar, gerenciar e resolver problemas relacionados à infraestrutura de rede e sistemas de TI, garantindo a continuidade e a eficiência dos serviços prestados em uma escala global.

O que você fará:

• Monitorar a saúde e o desempenho da rede em escala global.
• Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes de rede de forma e eficaz.
• Documentar incidentes, problemas e soluções, mantendo registros precisos.
• Fornecer suporte técnico de nível avançado para equipes internas e clientes.
• Participar da implementação de atualizações de software e hardware.
• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a integridade da rede.
• Treinar e orientar engenheiros de nível inferior e novos membros da equipe.
  
  

O que você precisa ter:

• Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Redes ou área relacionada completa.
• Experiência prévia em um ambiente de NOC, preferencialmente em um cargo de nível sênior.
• Conhecimento de protocolos rede (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento de rede.
• Habilidades de resolução de problemas, proatividade e pensamento analítico.
• Ingles conversação intermediário
• Certificações relevantes (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, NRS, etc.) são desejáveis.

Horário: Escala 4x2 Integral (4 dias por semana com folga de 2 dias) das 07:30 às 16:30
