They are currently looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead/ Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. About the Role: As a Technical Lead and Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction and delivery of fullstack JavaScript projects using Node.js and React. You'll work closely with client teams, guiding them through the technical aspects of the development process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical delivery of fullstack JavaScript projects, with a focus on Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-level problem-solving expertise.
• Maintain a focus on performance, scalability, and security throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with other technical leads, project managers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with hands-on experience in both Node.js (backend) and React (frontend) development.
• Strong understanding of fullstack development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and front-end technologies.
• Ability to make technical decisions, solve problems, and provide clear guidance to development teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
