Fullstack Software Engineer – Trading Platform

One of our clients in the financial services industry is currently expanding its capabilities and is building a state-of-the-art trading platform. To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Developer with expertise in Java and Angular to join the front-office development team and work on a greenfield project, shaping the future setup of the platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Help shape and build the technical foundation of a modern trading platform
• Develop essential backend and frontend components, with plenty of room for greenfield development
• Connect the platform to external trading venues and distribution channels
• Ensure smooth integration with internal systems such as risk and core banking infrastructure
• Work side-by-side with trading, risk, structuring, and sales teams on cross-functional initiatives and feature rollouts

Your experience:

• A degree in Software Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline
• Solid experience in designing and building complex software architectures
• Strong coding skills, especially with Java and Angular
• A background in front-office or trading-related environments is a plus
• Confident communicator in both German and English
