Microsoft 365 Solution Lead Architect - Relocation to Geneva

For an international organization in Geneva (Switzerland), we are urgently looking for a Microsoft 365 Solution Lead Architect. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Lead Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions including Azure Entra. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 products and features, as well as the ability to stay ahead of product and feature changes to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction;

This position is open for employees and freelancers. EU candidates from abroad are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate to Geneva. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture group and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture;
• Oversee architecture deliverables from domain architects covering core systems, infrastructure, data, and other areas;
• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements;
• Drive the implementation of M365 best practices in terms of Governance, Compliance and Security;
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation for Microsoft 365 environments;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Oversee the integration and management of Azure Entra within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
• Proactively manage the Microsoft 365 Message Center to stay informed about product and feature updates;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team and other stakeholders;
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills;
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement;
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices;
• Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality;
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365-related issues and incidents;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with Microsoft support and other vendors as needed;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions;
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies;
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive;
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification is an advantage;
• Proven experience in identity and access management, security, and compliance;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English;
