Senior Golang Backend Software Engineer – Permanent Full-Time - $140K-$190K base + super + bonuses - Sydney location (hybrid working)

• Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 base + super + bonuses
• Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

As a Senior Golang Backend Engineer, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the company. We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to bring their expertise in backend development, and who is keen to grow into a leadership role.

Key Requirements:

• Golang (must have)
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and design principles

• GraphQL
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Postgres
• Terraform
• Kubernetes
• SOA and gRPC
• Event-driven Architecture
• Observability (e.g., Datadog)
• React Native/React
