Avaloq Developer

• University degree in Computer Science
• At least three years of experience as Avaloq Developer
• PL-SQL language and database access tools expertise required (at least 3 years)
• Good knowledge of Agile principles with (ideally) experience of practicing Scrum
• Experience with Git & Liquibase a plus
• Data pipeline development experience a plus
• Understanding of financial products, accounting and/or banking business (financial legal reporting) is a plus
• Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
• Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
• Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written), French is good to have.
• Must be a resident of Switzerland

Responsibilities

As a developer within the Corporate Solutions platform, you will carry out technical analysis, provide operational support and monitor developments within the framework of the various development and maintenance projects placed under the responsibility of the Finance, HR and Legal domain.

You will be responsible for:

• Avaloq & Oracle (PL/SQL) developments
• Code audit via Ice (Avaloq) and Git (PL/SQL)
• Oracle database modeling
• Implementing by following best practices and Agile values (Scrum),
• Designing and offering high-performance IT solutions at the best price,
• Ensuring the technical design of implementations,
• Providing assistance, documenting and analyzing production incidents and 3rd level support requests,
• Ensuring the application of best development and practices industry defined by the market and by the Bank,
• Drafting and communicating technical specifications, contributing to the various product backlogs.
