This Is What You're Going To Do

As a Junior Project Manager in Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and activations. You will work closely with Marketing Managers, the Creative and Digital teams, and other departments such as Revenue and Sales to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the company’s broader marketing strategies. This full-time position reports directly to the Group Director of Strategy & Communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of marketing projects, managing timelines, setting targets, and organizing briefings.
• Maintain project calendars, flagging overlaps or issues and offering solutions.
• Oversee marketing initiatives for XBank and Park Centraal, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Assist in developing brand campaigns, activations, promotions, and events.
• Support the Creative team with the delivery of creative assets, ensuring brand alignment.
• Manage influencer requests, identifying partnerships that fit brand goals.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Provide recaps for key projects and keep the team regularly updated.

In Combination With

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Marketing & Branding and Project Management.
• High level of English is a must (speaking and writing).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player, but certainly also capable of working independently.
