WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to take the helm of our technology strategy and execution. You will lead our engineering teams, ensuring the development and continuous improvement of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Your role will involve shaping the technical vision, overseeing product architecture, managing cloud infrastructure, and fostering innovation within the team.

As part of the executive leadership team, you will work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. A strong background in SaaS platforms, public sector work, cloud computing, and security best practices is highly desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to drive technical excellence and growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• Proven experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role
• Strong expertise in software development, cloud platforms, and system architecture
• Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices for enterprise applications
• Experience leading engineering teams and scaling technology solutions
• Background in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software development
• Experience in re-building products and tech stacks

TECH STACK:

Front-End:

• React.js: Building dynamic web UIs.
• Redux: State management for React applications.
• CSS: Styling and responsive design.

Mobile Development:

• React Native: Cross-platform mobile app development (iOS & Android).
• Redux: State management for React Native applications.

Back-End:

• Node.js: Server-side JavaScript runtime.
• Express.js (optional): Web framework for building RESTful APIs.
• WebSockets: Real-time communication for both web and mobile apps.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• AWS / Google Cloud / Azure: Cloud services for hosting, scaling, and managing infrastructure.

DevOps:

• CI/CD Pipelines: Continuous integration and delivery tools for testing and deployment.

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…..

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or similar cloud services
• Experience working with emergency management or critical infrastructure technologies
• Some Public Sector Experience would be nice
