Are you a skilled HR professional with expertise in workforce relations and integrity? Join DE TSI as a Principal HR Officer and lead case management of complex performance and conduct matters. You'll provide expert advice on employment and industrial relations, contribute to policy development, and represent DE TSI in key forums. This is a flexible full-time opportunity where you'll support leaders and foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and integrity.

As the Principal Human Resource Officer in Workforce Relations and Integrity, People and Culture, you'll play a key role in managing complex industrial and employment relations matters. Reporting to the Manager, WRI, you'll provide high- level advice and support to senior leaders while leading a team in case management and policy development.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in end-to-end case management of complex employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A client-focused approach with well-developed negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring others.
